The emergency committee of WHO decided on Tuesday that it was early to state that pandemic, which was announced on June, was the first to be worst from the past 40 years.

The 15 members who make confidential recommendations to the director general of the WHO deliberated for 2 hrs but they have decided that there were many doubts about the pandemic behavior even though it has appeared to be lowering in North America and Europe.

Top influenza expert of WHO told the reporters on Wednesday that in West Africa the rising level of infection and risk in northern hemisphere during the winter months were the important topics of the committee.

Mr. Fukuda said that they have some important consideration about the things that may develop since nearly half of the world enters in to the winter months.

He also added that UN health agency has confirmed the rising infection in the regions of Senegal and Mauritania and it is also checking whether the swine flu virus is spreading to other parts of the West Africa.

So far all over the world health organization has confirmed 16,226 deaths.
