From the clinical test reports for the preliminary test for swine flu virus has surprised the scientist showed that one dose of vaccine is necessary to implement the protective antibodies in the body.

This was an amazing and a good to the scientists since one dose is only needed many more people can also be vaccinated in the first round itself.
The scientist and researches first that two doses are necessary for the swine flu vaccination because many people have less immunity resistant against this virus. But the initial test shows that only one dose is necessary.

But they are waiting for the additional test reports to confirm that weather one dose in necessary or the children and the old people need to be provided with two doses.
The scientist and researches are waiting for more information that is likely to be trialed in a two weeks.

According to the study that has been published in nature biotechnology the pandemic H1N1 virus seems to affect the lungs deeply than other seasonal flu.

According to the researchers the virus sticks to the lung cells and spread to the cells as quickly as it can.

The virus mostly spread through the respiratory tract by attacking the receptors molecules in the cell found in nose, Throat and upper air way. It also affects the receptors molecules in lung cells that results in rigorous lung infection.

Depending on the virus type the types of virus tends to affect different receptors in the human body. If they are not able find any receptors they will not be able to affect the cells and cause infection.

Once they find the receptors they infect the cells and multiply into thousands and cause infection to other neighboring cells. This is the way it also spread from human to human.

This study shows that why people are affected more severely by the swine flu virus than any other seasonal flu.

The study also says that the scientist should monitor the current H1N1 virus for its changes if it makes the cell infection more rigorous.

The researchers also said that the swine flu viruses are more attracted to the weak receptors molecules in the lungs than those in the respiratory track. Because of this reason some people have mild symptoms when they are infected by swine flu.

WHO also said that till now 2837 deaths were reported and 254, 206 laboratory confirmed cases.

The spokesman of WHO also said that the figures are understate since many countries are no longer required to report their infection as the cases are becoming high.
