First time in the swine history the H1N1 virus has been found outside humans and pigs. The virus has been traced in turkeys in Chile late Thursday. The authorities said that there was no sign that the disease had spread to other parts of Chile.

A SAG statement said that “we call on the public to consume turkey products with confidence.” It also said that the laboratory results lined out the existence of H5N1 or bird flu virus.

This dreadful virus was first seen in March in Mexico and California and till now at least one million people would have been affected by this in US alone says the experts.

Hereditary test shows that the virus has appeared to be originated from pigs and now it is spreading from human to human.

Till now swine flu virus has killed 128 people and 12, 175 peoples are infected in Chile.
