The number of swine flu infected cases rise to 293 in Malta with 11 fresh cases confirmed within last week i.e. between 4th and 10th of September.

The figure was exposed by the European Centre for the Control of Disease since the authorities of Maltese has stopped reporting the disease spread in the country.

It also said that on late Thursday two people have died of swine flu in Malta.

82 year old woman was the first victim who died on August 17 and the second victim was a 63 year old man.

Queen Elizabeth II has planned to visit the country top school where her husband and children got their education.

But the reports from; the Buckingham palace said that the queen has cancelled her trip as the school has suspected the global pandemic of swine flu infection in that school.

The school authorities has suggested to cancel her trip which was planned for the coming Tuesday.

At present 100 student of Gordonstoun School were taken out of the class for their swine flu infection.

The school authorities said that no students have serious symptoms and the affected pupils are suffering from mild attack only. They are still confirming the number of cases that are infected by the swine flu virus in the school premises.

In Europe Britain is the most affected country by the pandemic swine flu virus that has killed 2837 people all over the globe since the day it emerged in April at Mexico.
