Australian Medical Association warns that a second wave of swine flu may sweep through NSW schools.

NSW children started to school two weeks before. AMA (Australia Medical Association) said that swine flu may start again when the virus begins to spread.

Dr Brian Morton the president of AMA said that swine flu had a worse effect on the school children last year. Between the months of May to September about 600 children were admitted in the hospital with sever complications.

He further said that they need to be cautious that to make sure that situation may not turn again in 2010.

According to the NSW health authorities totally 1267 people have been admitted in the hospital. And 51 deaths were reported in the country due to swine flu.

So Dr. Morton has advised the parents to vaccinate their children against the swine flu virus as a best way of protection.
