Punjab reported his first swine flu death on Monday. The victim was a 12 year old girl named Harshita. She was admitted in Chaitanya hospital with serious health condition on Friday. Harshita was on ventilator when the hospital authorities informed the governmental officials
At the same time the casualty that took in Kerala has confirmed swine flu virus. The final lab reports confirmed it
With all these the country has 178 new swine flu cases from all the sides. So the total number of swine flu infected cases rises to 10,036

India’s swine flu death crosses 300 since from the first death reported on August 3rd the health ministry report said on Monday.
In the country so far 302 people have died of swine flu with western Maharashtra having the highest number (118) of swine flu deaths.
The country detected its first swine flu death in May. All across the country 9,871 people have tested positive for the H1N1 virus

The worst affected state Maharashtra reported four deaths thus reaching the rate to 82. The swine flu virus has ruined the life of 62 people in Karnataka, 17 in Gujarat and 9 in Andhra Pradesh.
The government officials said that they have instructed the private hospitals to treat the patients who are coming with flu like symptoms and the government would repay the operating expenses to the private hospitals.
India’s first swine flu case was reported in May 2009 and now 6,139 swine flu infected people are recorded.
169 new cases of swine flu were reported out of which Maharashtra has 57 new cases and Delhi with 49.
Other states include that reported fresh cases of swine flu were Karnataka with 23, Gujarat with 11, Andhra Pradesh with 9, Kerala with 4 Haryana with 2, Uttar Pradesh with 2, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, and west Bengal with 1.

In Maharashtra the toll rises to 72 with five deaths confirmed in satara, raigad, solapur and ahmednagar. Maharashtra has the highest death rate in country wise. And Karnataka has 52 swine flu deaths.
Yesterday Delhi reported its fifth swine flu death. The victim was a 12 year old girl. Bangalore reported three deaths while Karnataka reported five yesterday.
Around 176 new cases of swine cases were reported in the country taking the number of infected cases to 5,611.
The states that reported new cases of swine flu are as follows: Delhi has the maximum number of new cases that reported 68 infections, followed by TN with 32 and Maharashtra with 26 new cases.
Other states include Haryana with 14, Andhra Pradesh with 5, Kerala with 2, west Bengal with 2, uttarakhand with 2 and Punjab with 1 new cases of swine flu.

Yesterday three people have died in Maharashtra because of swine flu taking the death rate of the country to 138.
With these three deaths the total number of people died in the state goes up to 65.
And 245 new cases were reported in the country taking the total number of infected cases to 5221.
A statement said that till now 26, 037 people have been tested for the swine flu infection in the country both in the private and government hospitals. Out of which 5221 were tested positive.
In Delhi four people have died and 994 infected people are reported out of which 38 are children.
Other state situation at present is Tamil nadu (38), Haryana (27), Uttar Pradesh (22), and Karnataka (17). All these are only the news cases reported lately.
Till now Maharashtra remains the first state to report the large number of deaths and infected cases. The total number of infected cases in the state is 1,857.

India swine flu death raises to 135 with four people deaths on Monday. And 147 new cases were reported in the country. With these new cases the total number of swine flu cases in the country rises to 4884.
On Monday goa reported 2 deaths one death were reported from both Delhi and Karnataka.
Durga Prasad sharma a 69 year old man died in new Delhi and he was admitted in the hospital on 28th august. Sharma was suffereing from asthma and renal failure. He was on ventilator in the hospital and tested he confirmed positive for the swine flu. He was the fourth person to be affected by the swine flu in the country.
34 new cases were reported in the city taking the number of infected persons to 843 the second highest state in the country.
Public schools in Delhi and dwarka were closed for the past few day because of the global pandemic.
In the country Karnataka reported 15 new cases of swine flu becoming the third worst affected state in the country. Maharashtra confirmed 32 new cases increasing the infected person number to 1855 the top most hit state in the country.

Health officials said on Monday that the two swine flu deaths were reported in Bangalore taking the death rate to 36. And Karnataka death rate was 43.
The two victims were women aged 29 and 24. The 29 year old woman was 20 weeks pregnant and had the swine flu infection for the past four days.
The 24 year old woman was suffering from diabetes and died on Friday at a private hospital.
The two victims swine flu infection was confirmed on Friday only.
Group of experts will conduct a clinical audit to find out the exact reason for the swine flu deaths under the guidance of V. Ravi (head of neuro virology department of the national institute of NIMHANS).
The group has planned to study each swine flu case and find out the exact causes for the deaths.
At the same time 17 people were tested positive for the swine flu infection in the state.

Official report said on Wednesday that Karnataka death toll rises to 28 after the death of a 31 year old software engineer on late Tuesday evening.
The software engineer was admitted with the serious symptoms of pneumonia at Lakeside hospital on August 28. He has also suffered from fever for a week before he was admitted in the hospital.
On august 29 his throat samples were sent for a test and the report received on September 1st confirmed that he was suffering from swine flu. He was fisted medicated by tamilflu and then put into ventilator for the past three days.
Another 38 year old man died Monday testing positive for swine flu. He was admitted in a private hospital on August 29 and the test samples report arrived on Tuesday confirmed his swine flu infection.
Only on Tuesday Karnataka reported 22 swine flu case, Bangalore reported 14, Belgaum reported 6 and Mysore with 2 cases.
With all these infection the number of swine flu affected cases in the state rises to 485.

Kerala’s swine flu positive cases rises to 227 with 10 new cases tested positive yesterday. From the affected patients 35 of them are undergoing treatments at different health centers.
The fresh cases were reported from Ernakulum (4), Thiruvananthapuram (2), and one from each Idukki, Alappuzha, Waynad and Malappuram.
